Escher-Grad will provide service and/or replacement parts for discontinued Film ImageSetter models on a best-effort basis. It is understood that this is not a guarantee, implied or otherwise, that service and/or replacement parts are possible on any given unit.

In the case where no solution is possible, Escher-Grad may offer an upgrade path to one of the Cobalt or Cobalt neXt Violet CTP models. For more details and specifications for the Cobalt line of violet CTP systems, please see the product link. Pricing and delivery will be determined on a case by case basis, dependent upon the model and the condition of the unit being replaced.
