Escher-Grad will provide service and/or replacement parts for discontinued Laser Photoplotter models on a best-effort basis. It is understood that this is not a guarantee, implied or otherwise, that service and/or replacement parts are possible on any given unit.

In the case where no solution is possible, Escher-Grad may offer an upgrade path to either the EG-4M Manual Laser Photoplotter model, a 24” x 29” internal drum unit, or the EG-8M Manual Laser Plotoplotter model, a 31” x 40” internal drum unit. Both models are manual load units using pre-punched, cut film sheets. Pricing and delivery will be determined on a case by case basis, dependent upon the model and the condition of the unit being replaced.
